A. General Analytic Support is the turn-key solutions provider for back office services. Some of our services include data entry and cleaning, data and financial analysis, book keeping, CRM management, and lead generation, among others. We also provide custom solutions for our customers that are built specifically for your needs.
Q. What kinds of Companies do you help/ what do your current clients look like?
A. General Analytic Support is a provider of services to a very wide range of company types. Clients include finance/ banking companies, manufacturing and industrial companies, technology companies, real estate companies, etc. Some of our clients are very large companies with revenues in the billions, but most are smaller companies where we are viewed as true partners in their daily operations. All our clients have some sort of back office/ overhead that we aim to make more efficient.
Q. How do you manage data security?
A. We employ a number of industry leading cyber security software including VPNs, firewalls, antiviruses, and employee monitoring software that optimize data security and minimize the risk of any malicious data events. We also delete all customer data on our servers promptly after a project’s completion. In many cases, we also have clients that send us laptops directly and our personnel truly function as an extension of their team by working 100% on Client’s servers with a client provided email/ account, etc.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. It’s difficult to give an exact price because every client’s specific requirements are different. Our staffing is always custom for each client to make sure their respective needs are all met. However, for most “entry level” jobs, you can expect an hourly rates in the $8.00 – $11.50 per hour range. Costs can be both higher and lower depending the skill level needed and customer-specific requirements. However, in general, customers can safely assume that they’ll likely save between 30% to 70% when comparing to the cost of hiring in-house.
